The first error under this picture is usually caused by the case not being pressed down all the way or debris blocking the paper cover from being sealed. As for the Print Head Temp error this is usually caused when the printer is too close to kitchen appliances like a stove, grill, or frier.
Possibly recoverable.

With these errors they can usually be repaired or fixed.This starts with the paper roll cover open error usually being caused by debris, the cover being deformed by heat, or the paper cover not being sealed correctly.There is then the Auto cutter error this mean there is some form of malfunction when the cutter attempts to be used, This is commonly caused by debris in the cutter, the cutter blade being chipped, or the cords going into the cutter are damaged. To fix this temporaly you can remove the bottom plate of the printer and flip the 2nd and 4th dipswitch on the switch set closest to the front of the printer.Lastly the Home position detection error is usually caused due to paper being caught and jammed up during printer make sure there is no interference blocking the paper.

R/W Error in memory or gate array (Info N/A) High Voltage Errors are usually caused by the power outlet/Circuit having too much power going through this usually happens when too many appliances are attacted nearby. The Low Voltage Error is usually caused by a power surge that has shorted a piece on the printer. A Cpu Execution Error is usually caused by the Motherboard going out or the entire printer going out. Print Head Temp Detection Circuit Error is caused by the Print Head being abnormally hot usually caused by being to close to appliances such as stoves or fryers.
