Interface Error

Issue -INTERFACE ERROR WHEN GOING ONLINE

Cause -Inside the batch folder there is a folder called offline that is forcing Focus to remain offline.

Resolution -If the offline folder is empty, right click and cut the folder, then paste the folder on the desktop. Focus will then show the credit cards online. Go into the Close Day > Offline and set the cards online again even if it is showing it is just to verify that it worked.
