Issue -TX PINPAD ERR TX PINPAD "ERROR STATION"

Cause -Issue occurs when someone is trying to run a transaction on a frozen pinpad or a device displaying lane closed. Usually due to lost connection to the device from a faulty cable.

Resolution - Sometimes device downloading will allow the device to reconnect, however most the time we will need to have them restart and reseat the connections on the pinpad. Worst case a new pinpad or cable is needed to repair this issue.
